Hi my cousin is here on a visitors visa from India, before he left he and his wife had been seperated for a couple of months, she moved out of the home, now he wants to file for a divorce. my question is can he file for a divorce here in the states and if so how long will it take? please any help would ease his mind, and rest my fingers,
