  • Visitor visa advice for mentally retarded sister

    Hello all,
My parents( aged>65 yrs) and sister aged 41 yrs(mentally retarded, hence unmarried) would be applying for a visitor visa. I am working on a H1 visa. I have been told that my sister has a high chance of her visa being rejected as she is unmarried . She needs to be supervised at all times. Is it possible for her to interview with either of my parents as she would not be able to comprehend the questions, if interviewed separately. All 3 have visited the UK previously.
Also, is it advisable for all three to apply at the same time or my sister apply with only one of my parents and the other person applying later. I do not have any other siblings and hence if all 3 applied together, would the visa officials interpret it as an intention to emigrate. Any input is highly appreciated.

the embassy requires that all people traveling together should apply together. Since you do not have any siblings I suggest your mother and your sis can apply together and your father should not travel(will act as a tie.)
