Need Suggestions on bringing in-laws on Visito VISA!!!!!

I would like to sponsor my inlaws and FYI, I & my wife are on EAD status I-485 Pending (8 year in USA) and my wife came to USA on depending VISA (H-4) and now on EAD and working, can my wife sponsor his perents instead of me, as I have my own problems with the paystubb and employer as I want to change my employer in another 2 weeks and generating pay stubbs will take more time atleast a month &half for 1st paystubb, so my idea is to bring my in-laws to USA, but my wife is going to sponsor them, can she do it and what risks are involved, she has paystubbs, employment letter everything ready but her passport has a stamp of H-4 Dependent VISA on it from couple of years back.

So any suggestions would be of great !

Its not a problem. Since she is working legally its not a problem. For proof you can send the copy of EAD as well.
Its good if your wife sponser them instead of yours.
