I-134 query

Hi

In I-134, for "I have resided in US since(date)", what should be the date?

I first came to US on H1B in July 2003 and went in Sep'2006 for Visa stamping on 1 month Paid Vacation.

Actually it dosent matter by i had put in the last date of arrival in US as per my company's lawyer's advice
