I came here in 2002 on H4 (My wife was on H1). In 2005 I applied for status Change from H4 to H1 and I got approved and I am working on H1 from October 2005. I want to sponsor my Mother on Visitor visa.
1) I am sending the documents to my mother and Coming to W2’s Do I need to send only my w2’s from the date I changed my status from H4 to H1 or Do I need to send my wife’s W2’s when I am on H4 also.
