Another option:
If she has a bachelor's degree , her husband should look for an employer in US who can file an H-1b visa for her. Married to a GC holder does not affect issuance of H-1b like it affects a visitor visa.

A job?She could quit the day after getting the visa....a bank account? It can be emptied the next day....parents? sorry...most adults eventually leave the nest....so what is next?
