What are my mom's chances given this situation?
Hi,
I am trying to get my mom here for just a month to show her around(which has been her dream). Her is my and my mom's situation which are all true and genuine. What are the chances of her getting a visitor visa.
My situation:

1) here in the US on L1 for last 4-5 months only.
2) Drawing a comfortable salary of 95000$ per year in a very popular, most successful web company
3) I am married, no kids
4) Have property worth 1 crore in my name back in India
5) Have a bank balance of 6000$
6) have 2 sisters back in India
My mother's situation:

1) Widow. Dad passed away 12 years ago
2) She has been living with my sister(in Bangalore, India) for last 2-3 years because my sister and her husband both work and she has a 2 year old kid and a 8 year kid whom my mom helps take care of. she has they are both mutually benefited.
3) Even though I was in Bangalore till 6 months ago, she has not stayed with me at all. She has her own house and stays with my sister most of times and also keeps frequesting her own house. I myself bought a house and moved there with wife.
4) she runs a music class(not registered) for kids and makes around 7000 Rs per month. the only proof available of that is lot of photos, a letter head. also, no tax returns available since she is not required to file tax for her income range and situation.
5) The 7000 she earns is more than enough, since my sister takes care of all the house expenses.
6) she has around 1.5 lakhs in her bank account, 1 lakh fixed deposit and house worth 30 lakhs.
7) sister working as school teacher and will get 2 months holidays in summer. My mom will have some time to visit US, so that I can show her some of the nice places(its always been her dream). she can only come during this time and only for not more than 2 months. she will genuinly get back before school starts for my sis and her kids. If she doesnt visit now, she cant visit until next year and I might not be in US anymore after another year.

1) I can book airtickets in advance with return ticket also with just 45 days stay. Will it help?
2) What are the chances of her getting a visa?
