Brother's visa got rejected!

Hi

Recently my aunt and brother had applied for visitor visa and it was a joint application.My aunt's visa was accepted but they denied my brother's visa as they said he is too young to get the visa.He is right now 16 yr old and just wanted to spend his vacations here with me.I would like to know if there is a chance of reapplying for his visa and will it work this time.

Actually, visitor visa is a lot of luck. Many school going kids get visas.
Please tell him to provide whatever questions he was asked and the answers he gave. ALso,

* does he have any siblings in India? How old?
*What do your parents do in India?
*How are they financially?
*Did you send an I-134 for your brother?

he can always reapply, but in general minors qualify through their parents, not through their aunt or uncle.
