I Have A Cousin Residing In Africa. His Father Has Filed A Permanent Immigrant Petition On His Behalf Which Has Been Approved.
He Is Now Waiting For His Immigrant Visa Interview To Be Scheduled In Africa.
His Problem Is That, He Is A Student And Will Like To Spend The Next Summer Vacation With His Dad In The Us,but He Is Worried Because He Thinks He May Be Refused The Visitors Visa On The Grounds That, He Has The Intention Of Going To Stay Permanently In The Us Later On.
But He Knows He Will Definately Have To Come Back For The Interview After The Visit.
How Can He Convince The Consular Officers That He Will Return After The Visit?
Or Should He Show Ignorance Of This Petition In Order To Betterof His Chances Of Having The Visitors Visa?
What Should He Do Now, Please Help.
