Query: Ds 156 application last item number 41 (applicant Signatures)

This is regarding DS 156 - section 41. Applicant's Signatures. Please let me know in case of minor (2.5 years of Age), whose signature will go in this. I am his father in US will be filling this form for him and already filled section 39 (yes) and 40 and will send to India. He will go to US Consulate along with my wife. Do my wife need to put her signatures in section 41.
