We have applied for my parents visitor visa (B2) extension last month on one I-539 application. Online case status says approved. Couple of weeks back received an approval for my father for an additional 6 months but we didn't receive any approval letter for my mother. On Form I-539 my father's name was included and on supplement-1 page my mother name was included. I have few questions if some body knows any answers to these question please advise.
1. Do my parents receive visa extension approvals separately, even if they applied for the extension on the same application? My father received approval and my mother didn't receive.
2. On the receipt we received, there is only my father name as applicant, do they mention both of the parents names on the receipt?
3. I don't know whether they processed my mother's approval notice or it might have lost in the post? ot they simply might have overlooked the supplement page?
I would appreciate if somebody could respond.
