I would like to ask you question regarding Visa B2.
My brother lives in Poland. He has VisaB2 valid till May 2007.He visited me in Chicago(USA) from August 2006 till September 2006. He stayed here 7 weeks.When he entered United States he has got stamp letting him stay here untill Feb 2007.He could not stayed that long.
He studies law in Poland so he had to go back to school to Poland.He left USA. Now he has a winter brake from school.He would like to come to USA again (on that same Visa) and spend Holiday seasson with my family.He will stay here only for 3 weeks and then will go back to Poland.Is he allow to do it?His VisaB2 was issued until May 2007.It is still valid but can he enter USA again even though he was already here ?
