Regarding mention of Visa number in Form I134

Hi,

I came to US on L1 and applied for H1B as change of status.My H1B is approved and am currently working on H1B.

I am planning to invite my parents on visitor visa and they have their visa appointment in Chennai on 17th of january 2007.

I have question, while filling the I134, for question 1 i should enter my visa number(control number). As i am on change of status, i din't go for visa to work on H1B, so my passport has got only L1 visa.Now as i am in H1B, what should i write for visa number(control number)?

This is exactly the same situation i was at. I just entered the I94 number from my H1 Approval petetion. Even the WAC number of your I797A works too.
My parents got their visa

I will mention my I94 Number. Should i right as H1-I94(I94 number) or
H1 Temporary(I94 number). Please advice
