Visa Apointment at Chennai

Do anyone have idea what is typical wait time currently at Chennnai?

The Click here for an estimate of current availability of visa interview appointments link on the visa appt website only shows the availability in New Delhi where as my parents are in Kerala so it will be convenient to go to Chennai.

Also I am opting for English as my Parents can understand and speak English but not are very good at it as they typically don't talk in English. Any opinion on it?
