B1 Rejected Thrice.....

Hi,
My B1 Visa Has Been Rejected Thrice.
Once It Was Tourist Visa In 1998 On Ground That I Was Unmarried
Second Student Visa In 2000 Agagin On Ground Of Being Single
I Applied Again Last Month As I Have To Appear In Cpa Exam.i Had Nts In My File Still It Was Rejected On 214b Grounds!!!!! I Am Married Now.
Should I Apply Again????i Have Paid All The Fees There....
Why R They Rejecting Me Again & Again??
Pls Some1 Help.......

because, quite simply, they do not believe you will return....and why take an exam in the US unless you plan to abandon whatever job you have now, wife or no wife.

Sorry to hear of your bad luck.

Applying again within the stipulated conditions of re-application, does not do any harm than what's already done.

Try to give them more justifiable reasons of why you need a VISA. Show them your property, financials etc. more clearly.

For example, if you're giving your CPA exams in the US, you may have considered starting a business in India to get offshored financial projects from the US and hence you need to be an US CPA.

why r u changing ur purpose of visit each time.It may tell vo that ur trying to settle in us and it will be recorded in computer.be stick to one purpose and be determined about it.it will show that ur purpose is genuine.
