From the tone of your posts, it sounds like your intention is not to help people who need guidance for their visa/greencard problems, but blame them, slam them etc.

This forum promotes legal immigration and visas to USA. And this forum exists to help such people. Of course, we firmly believe that no one should use **** documents, no one should perform unauthorized work, no one should do anything else that are not supposed to be. At the same time, everyone who is trying to be legally in the US, we need to help them.

I advice you not to be harsh to people. If you can help people, do that. Otherwise, stay away from this forum.

dear immihelp: (1) did you chastise the poster who called me a "fart?" If not, why not? (2) I do not condone illegal employment in the US nor those who are trying to use either **** papers or 'creative' stories' to get an underserved visa and to go on to use it for something else....(3) I have offered advice on the subject of documents - which, for some reason, most people on this site believe will rule the day when it comes time to ask for a visa....but, documents are not the cornerstone of qualifying for a visa.
It also appears to me that many people are hearing/reading advice from others that offer a false sense of security....statements like " be sure and bring all your documents and your [relative] will get the visa"...this kind of unsupported statement is (a) false and (b) not even helpful. It presupposes that a pile of papers will convince the VOs that the applicant is eligible for a tourist visa.....
the poster who called me a 'fart' was, in my opinion, working in the US for those 6 months and now he (or she) is trying to elicit some sort of "guidance" on how to fool our border folks or to come up with some other far from believable story about how this person managed to 'vacation' for 6 months with no money, in order to gain admission back into the US and work again....I do not agree with his/her strategem and yet that person can call me names outright and suffer no consequences???? Please explain. Thank you.

I second the moderator .... This Ah is ruining your site and your reputation. If you will check ALL his posts he is not here to give any advice but just to trouble all that have issues.

Are you sure he is not from a competitor website bringing you down. I would ban him and his likes in one go !

once again, to the moderator, this guy is using profanity...and, my advice to him/her was 100% accurate....I suggested he/she bring a book when attempting to return to the US because he/she would be denied admission...and I was correct. I doubt any other postings have been as accurate.
