Grandparents-Grandchild first trip

My parents are staying in US on Multi B1/B2 visa.They would like to bring my daughter (5yrs./USA citizen) with them back home for couple weeks and then come back in US together again.
What are the paper work requarements if they want to do so?

You will need to get your daughter an Indian visa. Contact the nearest Indian consulate for visa requirements.
No other paperwork required. But beware, your parents returning to US
only a few weeks after leaving US can create problems at entry.
Visitor visa holders should spend a reasonable amount of time(5-6 months)
back home between two visits unless it is a real urgency.
Bringing back granddaughter will not be considered an urgency.
