Hello,
I have my parents visitor visa appointment on Jan 27th and my mom is working in a Govt Aided school as a PG teacher. She did not get permission from the Govt when applying for passport and the directors of school education say that as she didnt get permission while applying passport, they will issue No Objection certificate but also send a disciplinary action notice along with it.
Has anyone faced similar problems? Can a service certificate and a letter from head master in the school sufficient to go for visa stamping? or NOC (no objection certificate) is a must?
Please let me know if any other alternative document would suffice this NOC requirement.
Also, my parents are planning to come here for only 2 months in March 25th to May 25th.
Please suggest or let me know of any similar situation.
