Visitor Visa to my aunt

I would appreciate if anyone can reply to these questions..
1.What are the chances of my Aunt(mother's sister) getting Visitor visa?
2.Can my husband apply for visa instead of me or can we apply together?

these questions (a) do not have enough detail and (b) are confusing.....who is going to apply for the visa?? And without knowing anything about the applicant, one cannot predict the results of an interview.
