My mother has her interview scheduled next week & I want to know some things in terms of the documents to be submitted.
1.We have prepared all the documents as mentioned in the required documents section of immihelp website .Shall we hand over all the document like sponsor's letter to consulate & my mother's affidavit etc. or they should be given only if asked for? In other words I am trying to understand the procedure once my mother enters the consulate. Will she be given a list of documents needed or she herself will decide what to give & what not? I am only worried that we should not give any thing extra that makes them(officer) feel we are desperate & also not miss something as they won't ask for it.
2.I am planning to call her during Feb end as tickets will be cheaper than summer, will this be a good reason( in addition to experience a little bit of winter & beautiful spring here) to disclose if asked why we are planning for Feb end?
