My 2 children and I hold Malaysian Passports and are resident in India with me working as the CEO , and my children are in college.
My wife is an Indian passport holder (with permanent resident status in Malaysia since 1973) and she too is resident in India for the time being.
I have a brother who has been settled in the USA after serving in the Vietnam War and he has been undergoing treatment for Cancer lately and his wife informs us that things don't look too good.
As such, the 4 of us would like to apply for non immigrant visas to visit my brother (and his family) early next year before his condition deteriorates further.
Could you please let me know if the 3 of us holding Malaysian passports can apply for the visas in India or we will have to go to Malaysia to do the same.
