I am trying to create a new appointment for my dad and the DS-157 form does not appear once i finish the DS-156. When i add my mom as a new applicant, the Ds-157 form appears after the DS-156 form. What am i supposed to do? I already tried deleting my dad as an applicant and added him again as a new applicant, but the same problem occurs..How can i schedule a date without the DS-157?
