    I-137 - savings amount

    I read that I need to submit two I-137 ( for mother and father). So in case I show $10000 as the total savings amount, should I put $5000 in each forms (mother - $5000, father - $5000) or $10000 on both the forms.

    please could someone let me know regarding this.
