Que Regarding form DS-156 for B1/B2 Visa

I downloaded forms DS-156 for my parents visa from website for mumbai consulate. While filling the form DS-156 in Q.37 , I had selected the Option Daughter since I am their only Daughter in USA. But while downloading and printing the form , its showing both Son/Daughter option. But they have only Daughter in USA not son. I wants to see only Daughter Option is selected on the form. What I should do for this?

Otherwise Visa Officer will think that they have both Son and Daughter in USA?

Please let me know the solution soon. .

it is either son or daughter not both...

Thanks for your reply. But i think there is some error. Because I tired just for make sure its working, I selected son option and downloaded form. After that its showing only son selected. But if I tried same for daughter then its not showing that only daughter is selected. Its showing both son and daughter selected.

Please let me know what should do.

what i remember is.. the check box will be selected for YES and unselected for NO and next to that one it wld be "Son/Daughter" then what ever you enter wld appear (i.e. H4 or H1 etc)

Yes. Ramkumar is right. Both Son/Daughter label will appear even if you select either son or daughter...
