My situation is very complicated. I would be so greatful if anyone could help me with this. My father is a paralysis patient and he cant speak but he can understand everything. He can go for the interview. Is there any way that he could get US visa? All i am afraid is to how he can face the visa interview as he couldnt speak? I wanted to bring my father to US atleast once. Could any one of you please give me any suggestions?

Take his appointment with someone who is willing to travel to US with him.
Someone close, who knows your dad well.The other person can do all the talking, explaining to the officer your dad's situtation.

OTher than that, there will be routine factors that will decide about his visa;
how many children in US, how many in INdia, any other ties to INdia
(family or financial) etc.

I have the same thought as you mentioned, but there is no one to accompany him for the interview. my mother has visa, that time she has to go alone as i needed her in an emergency situation. I didnt had much time to think about my father situation.
Do i have any other choice?
