Please Help me - 911
Hi All
My parents denied for Visitor Visa 4 times already.My father is Retire Gov Employee and mother is housewife.I am on h1 visa and staying in USA for more than 5 years.I have my 2 sister in india and I am the only son.
So far they did not ask any documents from myside as well as my parents side.My father has all documents and Property Papers , bank balace and other FD,Stocks.
We don't have any hope now what to do?
My Uncle ( father's real brother) who is in USA for 30 years are ready to sponser my parents.
is this good idea to apply through my Uncle??????
