Que on I-797 docs for B2 visa?

Hi,

I came to USA thru company "X" with H1B visa and after couple of years,i transfered my visa to other employer.

My visa validity on passport is expired because thats with old employer , and still have I-94 valid for 2 more years with current employer H1B visa...

Now if i apply for B2 visa for my parents, which I-797 documents do i have to submit? is that current H1B documents or both previous and current one?

I appreciate suggestions on this if any one come across this kind of situation and had solution for this..
