Hi, My MIL applied for her visa after a year for the 2nd time and it was rejected both times without a look at any of the documents. The drawback from her end is that she is a widow and she has just a daughter. Even though the CO asked general questions ((i.e) who is in US, how many kids, what is your husband doing, what is your income etc.), she insisted my MIL not to show any of the documents she carried. She made up her mind based on the above 2 points. Can someone suggest if applying another time would help and if so, what is the best way she can get a visa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
