Number of pages in DS156?

Hi All,

My in-laws are applying for their visa second time (first time they got rejected) .Last time when i apply for interview i got DS156 in 3 pages .Last page saying "Dont forget to submit this page along with DS156" ..But this time i got the regular 2 paged DS 156 .

Now i am tottaly confused ....Please help me immihelp ...

Any help would be appreciated ..Good Luck all...

Prior to VFS it used to be 3 pgs (3rd page being barcode amd some other details) and now it is 2 pgs.

did you not see "page 1 of 2" and "page 2 of 2" on the bottom of pages?

i JUST PRINTED OUT A DS 156....IT SAYS PAGE 1 OF 2 AT THE BOTTOM...BUT THEN IT PRINTS THE 3RD PAGE WITH THE BARCODE

Even mine shows 2 pages ...But didnt print the 3rd page ..I got only 2 pages ...

This is really confusing ..Has anyone got 3 pages on DS156 recently?
