VISITOR VISA - Form Filling

Hi,

My parents passport does not contain surname . Full name is in the field 'given name' (First Name).So If you fill the form DS-156 and 157 , In the place of Surname What we have to write?? NONE ??? Could you please help me ??? B/cse we are waiting for this reply to fill the form.

Thanks for your reply. I read that. So if we are filling the form we have to write as in the passport, right??
B'cse my parents have no surname. all in given name field.

So while filling the form we have to give first name as whole name and surname NONE , right??

Could you please clarify this also??
