Procedure at Chennai Counslate

Hi,

My parents are attending for Visitor Visa at Chennai. My sister is sponsoring the visa for them. Can any one help me with the following Questions

1)Whether my parents need to carry separte folders of sponsor documenation.( one for Dad and One for MOM) Or else one set is fine for Both.
2) What is the procedure inside the Counslate like submitting the Documentation
Eg: They need to give all Documentation at a time. Or first they need to give only DS 156 DS 157 forms.
3) In the Questions If they ask for How many months are you going to stay. What is the appropriate Answer
4) Is the Family Photos are the must. We dont have any Family Photo. We are only two( Sister and myself).

1. Separate I-134 and employment letter are required. Rest can be one set.
2. This has been discussed millions times in the forums here. Please serach.
3. Whatever duration they really want to stay.
