Husband and Wife Sponsor parents

Me and my wife are trying for visas for both our parents. Both of us work here in US.
1: Should we both send invitation letters to them, in other words should both of invite them as husband and wife or should one of us invite them.
2: Do we have to send some proof of the marriage, we havent registered our marriage here yet.

1. both of you can invite/sponsor your in-laws and parents or
2. you sponsor your parents and your wife sponsor her parents or
3. you sponsor in-laws and parents

Yes, original marriage certificate is required
