1. Does the details of Previous rejected Visa information get deleted from US Consulate after 1 yr?(My father had visa rejected and want to be sure there will be no mention of it after 1 yr?)

no in fact when you fill up the form you will ave to mention it. Do not lie about it, you will never gat a visa in that case.

Visa rejection is not a negative, people have been granted visas after 4-6 rejections too. All that matters is how well you present your case.
