My Parents Visas rejected - Yr Advice Required
Hello Friends,
My Parents went for appointment in Chennai last week. They Rejected their Visas just because me and my brother reside in US. My Brother is a GC holder and i m in H1b. My Brother sponsored them. We still have a married Sister in India. It looks like the officer didnt even bother to ask more than 2 questions. How many kids do u have ? Where do they live ? Thats it. He didnt even allow my parents to speak and explain their ties in India. Simply rejected saying " They dont have more relatives/ties in india ". NOw my question is.
1. Can my Mom alone can go for interview the next time ? Will it be a advantage over they both going again. Atleast now my Mom can tell them that her Husband is back in India, so she will defenitely come back.
2. How Long we shud wait before booking the next appointment.
Please let me know yr experience friends.
Note: My Mom is a retired School teacher and my Father runs his business/agriculture even now.
