Is new DD required for 2nd attempt for visa?

Hi,

My mother was rejected visitor's visa on Jan 8th under 214.
When can we send her for the visa again?
How much gap is ideal and does she needs to take a new DD the second time?

Are you talking abt DD for "Visa Application Fee (MRV Fee) 4600"?, if yes, you need to take one... to get the new HDFC receipt.
Earlier there is used to be Visa Issuance Fee 2300/- which is not required now for any appointment.
