    Hello,

I am applying for a visitor visa for my mother and she has an appointment on monday (22nd Jan) in three days. I am reviewing all my document and I realize that I left my I-134 (Affidavit of Support) back in US.

I am not sure what to do but I see in this website that I can get it notarized in the US consulate. I am travelling with my mother on monday to Chennai consulate and she has an appointment at 8:15 AM.

Request you to let me know if I can take I-134 with me to Chennai consulate and get it notarized there or should I request the consulate to cancel the appointment and take an appointment again later.

    Waiting eagerly for your reply.

    Thanks,
    Krishna

You can get the form notarized by an Indian notary as well. Go to any court of district office, wherever you had stamp paper stuff notarized.
