Documents 2 b submitted @ Mumbai ???

I have an interview appointment scheduled this Feb in Mumbai and am a bit confused over what documents actually need to be sent to Consulate (5 days before) and the documents that need to be carried on the day of the interview

To be taken to Consulate(5 days before and submitted)
----------------------------------
1) Passport copy of applicant
2) DS-156 original affixed with one photograph
3) DS-157 original
4) Original HDFC Bank receipt

To be carried during Interview
----------------------------------
1) All other documents (sponsors & visitors)
2) Interview Appointment Letter

Can you please let me know whether the above list is correct because I recall seeing somewhere that alongwith the mandatory documents that need to be submitted to consulate (5 days before), you need to submit copies of all supporting documents?

Documents for mumbai

This issue also has me confused. On the immihelp website, under the 'application' link that appears in the visitor visa section, point 3 lists separate instructions for Mumbai consulate. It states that besides the applications & photographs, photocopies of all supporting documents like affidavit of support, property, birth certificate,etc. be submitted to VFS. Does this requirement not exist anymore ??

I think you should take your photos too to the VFS office.
