Visitor Visa sponsor not living in USA anymore?

Hi,

I have a Question. My mom got her Visitor visa for 10years(multiple entry) sponsored by my sister 4years ago. Now my sister doesn't live in USA anymore. Now, is my mom's visa still valid??

I'll really appreciate your response ASAP.
