Docs for Visitor's visa - Sponsor docs

Is it very important to send documents only 30 days old...i mean i cannot plan properly for this. sometimes the dates are available so feb 1st week and 2nd week...Bank letter takes alteast 10 working days to get..How can we plan in advance? Would 6 months old letter not suffice..I can send hte most recent bank statements as they come....coz those can be sent online too...

Anyone who has sent more than 30 days old docs and have received the visa..please advise...Also employers letters take atleast a week to get as well.

Well i have not any dates yet and the VFS site is not showing any dates...how can i send documents just like that...the bank charges for the letters everytime i order them...and if you have read my posts earlier...i also had a doubt abt proving their residency and if it is ok to take a interview date before their 6 months are over.

I appreciate your help and concern...and since their visa was rejected once i just want to make sure i do not mess it up this time....it involves a lot of money and time
