Hi,
I am applying B2 for my parents and H4 for my minor son in india. I have the following questions
Regarding D156 & D 157:
Q18. Spouse full name (Even divorced, include maiden name)
What should be the answer - Should we include the mother name with the spouse name(first+last name + mother name)
Q20 Name and address of the present employer?
My father is a farmer . so i have entered the occupation as 'self employed - farmer' but what should be the answer for the employer name and address?
Q23 When do you intend to arrive in usa?
we have given date as Apr 10th . but my parents are attending interview on feb 28th . will there be any issue because of these 1 month gap
D157 questions:
Q10. List all countries that have ever issued a passport ? my parents got only indian passport. should i enter answer as india
Q18. Have you every made a travel arrangment?
we have not yet booked the ticket for their trip. should we provide any fixed travel plans and arrangements for them
My mother is helping my father in farming, it is a family owned farming. Should i mention that in Q20 of D-156 for my mother? how can i put this?
Personal affidavits provided by parents should be individual or combined?
if so should it be in stamp paper? what value of stamp paper?
What is the impact of property estimation on B2 visa? which format i should get it ? should we get it in a stamp paper?
