Bank Statement for I134

I am in the process of providing I134 form and the supporting documents for the visitor visa of my in-laws.
I wanted to know if we can attach the monthly bank statement (which is sent by the bank every month to our residence) as supporting document instead of a letter from the bank. Does this count as supporting document or do we still require a letter from the bank?

I Would Highly Recommend That You Get A Letter From The Bank, Because It Will State The Date The Account Was Opened And Your Currrent Balance, This Letter Will Represent All Your Montly Bank Statements On 1 Document
