visitor visa documents help needed

My parents have visitor visa interview on March 7, 2007 in chennai. We have a own house in chennai, but we don't have the property docs because of court case. Can I still get a CA estimate and keep the property tax receipt? Do we still need original property docs?
Can I skip the property docs but instead keep all other assets like LIC, GPF, Jewellery, Bank Passbook, Pension book.

Both my parents work and they have all other docs in order.


Please do help me.

I have put both my name and my husbands in the sponsor column of DS 156. I don't work right now. I used to a year ago. Will that be a problem?

if you are not working now, change the forms accordingly.
