iwant to sponsor my inlaws in may or june. my h1b is till october 2007. i have not applied gc and its too early for applying h1b extension. can i request for 6mnths visitor visa for myinlaws?if so,what is right time march/april/june

let them gofor interview in mar/apr and in DS156 form.... answer "3 months" to the question "how how long you want to stay"...

visa validity is depends on VO... it may be 1month to 10 years.
