Regarding USA Visitors Visa

I have an Indian passport with residence visa of UAE. I would like to visit
USA on a visitors visa. How do I get the visas? Where do I need to make an application? What documents should I carry for the interview?

I am a radiologist working in a clinic in UAE. My husband is a surgeon with a USA visit visa for 10 years. He is going to start work in UAE, shortly.
We have good income but no savings as we are new to the place in UAE. I have a son studying in USA since 1 year and another son in India
who is younger and studying. Please guide.

I was trying to get answers to the questions posted at the link you send and i could not get any information. What is the answer for it?

My parents have returned from Dubai..in November and have established residency in India recently. They do not hold a valid residence visa of Dubai anymore....but if they go for an interview in Mar or Apr...they would not have completed their 6 months of stay in india. Can they still apply for a visitor's visa in Mumbai?

They do have a property in Mumbai and have electricity bills ...too ...
