Sponsoring parent's visa (B2) while I am on F1

Hello there,

I want to sponsor my parent's visa for their visit to US. I am currently on F1 and work as a software intern with a company on CPT/OPT. Is it OK for me to sponsor my parent's stay in the US if

=> I am on F1, yet having funds to sponsor their stay
=> My parents do not have enough liquid cash to show
=> They are coming here at the time of my convocation

If yes, how much would be appropriate to show for each parent?

It's OK to sponsor your parents while you are on F1.

Just show whatever you have.
