My parents will be interviewing on Feb 13th and plan to arrive in US in May. I am currently on OPT and working. My employer would be soon filing for my H1. Currently since I am on F1 visa, I mentioned F1 on the DS156. Does it matter if at the time of my parents entry to US, my H1B application would be in the process/arrived?
