HDFC Receipt can be resused in 1 year ?

If first time visa is rejected ? can we use the same HDFC receipt for the second attempt if it is within 1 year?

If yes ? What if I have already made another HDFC receipt for the 2nd attempt , Can I get a refund ?

If visa is rejected, can't use HDFC receipt again. It is written in the post that has FAQ.
