Visitor Visa for my sister in law and kid.

Hi,

I am on L1 visa from past 2 years. My Sister-in-law and her kid are planning to visit us and do some sight seeing in USA. My Co-brother is not visiting due to work reasons. I am their sponsor and my question is what all documentation should i provide for the Visa Interview?

If your brother is making good money , I'd advice , his wife should show he is paying for the trip. In that case you only need to send an invitation letter with copies of your passport and visa.

If that is not possible , you will need to send an invitation letter, passport and visa copies and an I-134 (affidavit of support ) with supporting financial documents, tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements.
