  • Visitor visa docs and question about mom and dad's paystubs

    Hey guys
My parents have retired and they are both working in a relative's firm.Hence they do not have paystubs since they get paid in cash.

But they both get pension and have bank statements for the same. I am sponsoring them and they do not have some of the docs mentioned below.

Can somebody please let me know what the implications will be if they dont have the paystubs.

The best they can do is get a vacation letter from their employers.

    1. I-134 (I will send it)
    2. Letter from Employer - Required
    3. Letter from Bank (Can get it)
    4. Letter from Myself stating I will take care of expenses(can get it)
    5. Letter of Invitation – English
    6. Recent Pay stubs – (Dont have any.. )
    7. Income tax returns – Last 3 years
    8. Original Birth Certificate Required
    9. Copies of Passport – All pages Required
    10. Copy of Marriage Certificate Required
    11. A Letter to consulate details of my stay in US
    12. H1B approval and I-539 notice/approval for spouse Required

    Thanks for your help.

No body can really answer for sure what will happen if you don't have some of the documents. Visa may be granted or rejected. It just like taking a chance.
