Appointment Time Mumbai Consulate

Hello All!
I have confirmed my appointment for 12:00 hrs. The guidance sheet says to be at the visa hall not more than 15 min before appointed time. Will it be fine if i reach little before say 1 hour? Also are the appointments delayed in Mumbai or they are held as scheduled? Your feedback may be useful to plan my day.

There is no point in coming 1 hour early. They will not take you inside.

You are never interviewed exactly according to the appointment time. There will be many people who have same appointment time. Expect few hours inside.
